Balance sheet

Take a sheet of paper, head it
with the name of particular example of work experience and draw
a line across the middle.
- On the top half of the page,
jot down what you liked about the job and what you did well
(skills gained, working conditions, specific knowledge etc)
- On the bottom half of the page write down things that you didn't
like about the job or didn't do well.
- Repeat that exercise
for all your different jobs, voluntary work, extra-curricular
activities etc.
- Check if there are common themes - for example, perhaps there
are several different instances where you have enjoyed working
directly with customers
