You were perfect apart from a lack of experience

If you think you have more than enough experience, perhaps you need
to demonstrate that experience more clearly to the interviewer
in future.
- If you do lack experience, ask
the interviewer how much experience is required? What exactly should
the experience be? Can the interviewer make any recommendations? Could
you apply again, when you have gained more experience?
- Be proactive and ask for a trial contract of perhaps 3 months
to prove your ability to do the job. Ask if there are other opportunities
to gain similar experience within that organisation.
