If you thought the interview went really well, but you didn't get
an offer
- Don't despair. You don't know who the other candidates
are, and even if you researched the job and company thoroughly, you can't
know for certain what criteria the interviewers were looking for.
Perhaps the job went to someone with more experience
- You
may have been a strong candidate, but their number one choice was
even stronger
- You might consider talking
to the Human Resources manager or the department head for the position
and ask if they have any feedback or advice to help you secure a job in this field.
If you're getting more than a few rejection letters, contact a Careers
Adviser, career mentor or other People
resources to discuss your interview performance.
