Jan 2001-present          Sales Assistant, HMV, Dublin

(part time)                    Responsibilities:

·        serving customers, dealing with enquiries in person and by phone

·        cataloguing new arrivals on computer system

·        displaying and monitoring stock to make sure shelves are full


·        increased sales of Drum and Bass by introducing new display idea through negotiation with store manager

·        achieved Sales Person of the month two months in a row for highest sales figures
