• It is becoming more common for people to include a skills section on their CVs. 
• For this section to be effective, think in terms of skills specific to the job you are seeking: generalist skills (problem-solving, numeracy skills, computer skills, language skills, etc.) and people skills (interpersonal skills, leadership skills, customer service skills, conflict management, etc)
