Preparation
- anticipate possible interview questions, to help you get into an interviewing mode.
- If
you get exceptionally nervous at interviews, it might help to pick out
ten questions you think could be asked and write out your answers.
- When
preparing your answers, organise them into these areas: yourself, the
organisation / employer and the job itself.
- practise your
interview answers out loud with a friend or colleague - there may be words where you stumble or
run out of breath.
- Even if you don't get asked the exact questions you anticipated,
your preparation should help you organise your thoughts and
build your confidence
